Option 1: Train
The most economical way of transport from the airport is the train. Kraków Airport train station is located near the passenger terminal. The connection is operated by Koleje Małopolskie.
- Train/Route number SKA1: Kraków Airport - Kraków Central Station Kraków Główny - Wieliczka Marketplace Salt Mine
- The journey takes 17 minutes
- Trains run every 30 minutes (or sometimes 60 minutes). The exact timetable can be found on the official website
- Tickets to the city centre cost PLN 17 and can be purchased from ticket machines in both the arrivals terminal and at the train station
Option 2: Public buses
There are three regular bus lines at Krakow Airport: 209 and 300 and one night bus line 902. These buses are only intended to visit the outskirts of Krakow. For a normal city trip this option is less interesting (more info bus lines).
